avast! service stopped

avast не работи. Казва да натисна "Fix Now" за да се оправи, при което нищо не става.
Не мога да го изключа или рестартирам. Не мога да го абдаитна понеже пречи фаил (part-setup_ais-557.vpx), не мога да го деинсталирам защото не чете (part-setup_ais-557.vpx) и разбирасе не мога да ги трия.
